DEWAXED BLEACHED LAC

BLEACHED LACS are Non-Toxic, physiologically harmless (edible), and is being very widely used in the food industries, food packaging and allied industries.

Apart from the above, BLEACHED LAC is also used for its qualities i.e. Binding, Adhesive, Hardening, Gloss, Odourless, Fast Drying, extending Shelf Life (in absence of refrigeration ) etc.

Clear, transparent or very light coloured alcoholic or water - alkali solutions can be obtained from BLEACHED LAC.

Moreover, the "SSGJ" Dewaxed Bleached Lacs are manufactured from Superior Quality Indian Seedlacs and not of Seedlacs of any other origin as Indian Seedlacs are known World over for its superiority and quality.

SOLUBILITY / SOLUTIONS

Majority of the solvents and water - alkali solutions.

Dewaxed Bleached Lac "SSGJ404" and Dewaxed Bleached Lac "SSGJ 404A" could be dissolved in water with addition of alkali whereas "SSGJ 505" and "SSGJ 505 WSAB" are pre alkalised. "SSGJ 505" with borax and "SSGJ 505 WSAB" with Ammonium Bicarbonate.

The process of dissolving the above in water is quite easy by vigorous stirring of the paste / solution at around 40 to 50 Degree Celsius and addition of required / measured amount of water.

In Creamish White Powder and/or Granular Form.
FORM OF DELIVERY / PACKING

In double Gunny bags Cotton Lined / Plywood Cases / Plastic Containers / Paper bags 25/50/75 Kgs nett to the customers requirements.

STORAGE

Advised shipments in Cold Storage and Storage at warehouse or place of use at temperature preferable below 20 degree Celsius. High degrees of temperature would limit the shelf life.

PRODUCTION CAPACITY
Substantial with an infrastructure to multiply current production capacity by 3 folds.
REMARKS
Could also manufacture BLEACHED LAC "SSGJ 303" with a wax content of approximately 3%.
