SSGJ 505 DEWAXED BLEACHED LAC (WATER SOLUBLE)
METHOD OF WATER SOLUTION

ABOUT 15 ML OF WATER IS GRADUALLY ADDED TO 10 GRAMS OF SSGJ 505 DEWAXED BLEACHED LAC (WATER SOLUBLE) AND A PASTE IS MADE.

THIS WITH INDIRECT HEATING, GRADUAL ADDITION OF WATER AND STIRRING IS FURTHER LIQUIFIED AND GRADUALLY HEATED TO A TEMPERATURE BETWEEN 50-65 DEGREE CELSIUS. HIGHER TEMPERATURE UPTO 80 DEGREE MAY BE REQUIRED DEPENDING ON LAC QUANTITY.

DIRECT HEAT TO THE BOTTOM OF THE COOKING KETTLE &/OR VESSEL COULD BURN OR POLYMERIZE THE "SSGJ 505" SO GRADUALLY RISE IN TEMPERATURE AS MENTIONED IS PREFERABLE ALONGWITH GRADUAL ADDITION OF WATER.

CONSTANT STIRRING OF THE SOLUTION HAS TO BE CARRIED OUT UNTIL THE ENTIRE BLEACHED LAC IS DISSOLVED. THE SOLUTION IS THEN ALLOWED TO COOL.

THE SOLUTION SHOULD BE STORED IN A NON OXIDIZING CONTAINER.

THE ABOVE IS EXPERIMENTAL DATA. ON LARGE SCALE, PROPORTIONATE QUANTITIES OF BB505 AND WATER SHOULD BE TAKEN AS DESIRED.
